To increase the Annual Subscription from $100pa x 3 years, to $150pa x 3 years commencing with the 2027 intake and fully phased in over three years
To increase the LCOBA scholarship from $1000 pa for three years to $2000pa for three years commencing immediately for the 2026 recipient
To dedicate seed funding towards the 2028, 75th Jubilee, of $20,000
